A) DEFINITIONS:-

• - Organizers include Dinesh Mishra and other contest sponsors.
• - Any applicant, means a person who has applied for ‘Miss Nation 2021’.
• - Any contestant, means a person who has been selected as a finalist for ‘Miss Nation 2021’
• - Preliminary rounds: These rounds are held after the participants are selected, based on their photographs.

B) RULES:-

• The applicant must agree to abide by all rules, as changed from time to time by the organizers.
• The applicant must be 18 years of age and below 28 years of age.
• The applicant is required to produce an Age Proof (eg. Passport, Aadhar Card, Driving License, etc.)
• The applicant must be a naturally born female.
• The applicant must be a naturally born female
• The applicant must be a bonafide Indian citizen and should have lived in India for a minimum period of 1 year.
• The applicant must not have won the beauty pageant in any of the previous years.
• The applicant has NOT been married and never been through any ceremony directly or indirectly, either valid or invalid whether civil, religious or tribal which is recognized as a marriage ceremony in any part of India and should never have had a marriage nullified or never given birth to a child; have never been pregnant nor been a parent.
• The enclosed hard copy photographs (preferably of photo shoots) should be clear and identifiable, taken within the last 6 months (STRICTLY NO SELFIES).
• Miss Nation 2021’ contest reserves the right to reject to accept any photograph that in its sole discretion is inappropriate/offensive for the pageant’s reputation.
• Based on the information that the applicant has sent to us, the panel of judges will shortlist the applicant for the preliminary rounds.
• Contestant must send 2 photographs, 45 sec. ramp video, and 45 sec. introduction video for online form submission.
• After the contestant’s profile gets selected for the finale, she must pay a confirmation amount of Rs 5,000 (non-refundable).
• Once the applicant is shortlisted for ‘Miss Nation 2021’ contest, she cannot be a part of any other commercial contract/beauty pageant at the exact same time.
• All the applicants/contestants are liable to maintain professionalism and decorum during the contest and it binds them to NOT leak outside any internal matters related to the contest.
• The applicant(s)/contestant(s) will NOT be permitted to consume alcoholic beverages/illegal drugs or smoke or use offensive language any time before/during the proceedings of the contest.
• The contestant will have to participate in a disciplined & diligent manner throughout the programme as per the given schedule and also participate in all the rehearsals (including sub-contest, etc.), falling to which, they won’t be allowed to compete further.
• Once you are selected for the grand finale, you cannot backout/quit. If you do so, you are liable to pay a penalty (fine) of Rs. 40,000/- towards expenses incurred in training and grooming programme.
• The contestant must decline all personal invitations during the & stay focused on the pageant.
• For outstation candidates, Dinesh Mishra will take care for their travel, stay food beverages during the 4-day stay of the contest (if you have any medical conditions, you can carry your medical prescription).
• Irresponsible behavior by the applicants(s)/contestant(s) will not be tolerated at all. If someone is found to disturb the proceedings, then the concerned miscreant will be discarded from the contest then & there, and will not be allowed to continue further.
• If the contestant attempts to influence/persuade/harass any of the judge/fellow contestant or the family members/relatives/friends of the contestant, it will result in disqualification of the contestant.
• Judges’ decision will be final in all cases.
• Only applicants of good mental health and moral character are advised to participate.
• Only the applicant/contestant, and no relatives/friends will be allowed inside the designated venue of the preliminaries.
• Schedule for events and qualification rounds are subject to change at the discretion of the organizers.
• Organizers, sponsors, choreographers anybody related to the contest will not be responsible for any loss of valuable items(s) of any applicants/contestants
• If at all, applicants/contestants have to bring cell phones along with them, then they must compulsorily keep safely locked in their purse or bags, at their own risk
• The organizers/management team will not be responsible if the sponsors fail to deliver the said prizes promised by them. 
• All prizes are subject to deduction of tax at source and all other taxes, as required by law.
• Winner of ‘Miss Nation 2021’ will have to necessarily be present for the crowing of the next year’s event.
• The organizers are not responsible for any delays or non-receipt of applicants on any account and for any reason whatsoever.
• The organizers are not responsible for any physical injury (if any), that occurs to the applicant/contestant on account of their participation in the pageant. The applicants/contestant will have no claim against the organizers in any record.
• In the event of any failure/delay/interruption in the performance of the contest’s resulting from acts/circumstance not reasonably within our control, then we shall not be liable or have any responsibility of any kind for loss/damage thereby incurred/suffered by you.
• The applicant/contestant agrees to compensate the organizers of ‘Miss Nation 2021’ against all costs/proceeding arising from your breach of any of these regulations.
• The applicant/contestant agrees to release and hold harmless organizers of ‘Miss Nation 2021’ and all of their respective affiliated sponsors/employees/agents and/or participating promotional partners from all losses/actions and expenses of any kind whatsoever; and any property damage or death to/of any third person caused by or arising out of or in connection with participation in the contest or with use of any prize awarded in connection with the contest.
• In the event of any dispute (if any) Dinesh Mishra’s decision will be final binding on the applicant.
• The court of Nagpur will have the jurisdiction over all dispute.
• If any contestant gets infected by Covid-19 virus, the organizers will not be responsible in any terms.
• For the finals, selected contestants must carry their negative RTPCR report or vaccination certificate (both doses done).
• No grooming charges will be charged during the finals.
• Date of finals can change according to the pandemic situation, but it will certainly be scheduled in November, 2021.
• The last date of entry form submission is 15th October 2021.
• The grand finale will be held at Naivedhyam Eastoria, Nagpur.
