DEFINITIONS:-• Organiser: organisers include 'Riddhi Siddhi' and all other contest sponsors.• Any applicant: means a person who has applied for 'Miss Maharashtra Queen 2018'.• Any contestant: means a person who has been selected as a finalist for 'Miss Maharashtra Queen 2018'. • Preliminary rounds: they are the rounds that are held after the applicants have been selected, based on their photographs.B) RULES:-1) The applicant must agree to abide by all rules, as changed from time to time by the organisers.2) The applicant must be 18 years of age and below 27 years of age, as on 25th July 2018.3) The applicant is required to produce an Age Proof (Example - Passport, Aadhar card, Driving licence, etc).4) The applicant must be a naturally born female.5) The applicant must be a bona fide Indian citizen and should have lived in India for a minimum period of 1 year.6) The applicant must not have won the beauty pageant in any of the previous years.7) The applicant does not have any cases (criminal or civil) registered/ongoing against her.8) The applicant has NOT been married and never been through any ceremony directly or indirectly, either valid or invalid, whether civil, religious or tribal which is recognized as a marriage ceremony in any part of India and should never have had a marriage nullified or never given birth to a child; have never been pregnant nor been a parent. 9) The enclosed hard copy photographs (preferably of photo shoots) should be clear and identifiable, taken within the last 6 months (STRICTLY NO SELFIES).10) 'Miss Maharashtra Queen 2018' contest reserves the right to reject to accept any photograph that in its sole discretion is inappropriate/offensive for the pageant's reputation.11) Based on the information that the applicant has sent to us, the panel of judges will shortlist the applicant for the preliminary rounds.12) Once the applicant is shortlisted for 'Miss Maharashtra Queen 2018' contest, she cannot be a part of any other commercial contract/beauty pageant at the exact same time.13) All the applicants/contestants are liable to maintain professionalism and decorum during the contest and it binds them to NOT leak outside any internal matters related to the contest.14) The applicant(s)/contestant(s) will NOT be permitted to consume alcoholic beverages/illegal drugs or smoke or use offensive language any time before/during the proceedings of the contest.15) The contestant will have to participate in a disciplined & diligent manner throughout the training programme as per the given schedule and also participate in all the rehearsals (including sub-contests, etc), failing to which they won't be allowed to compete further.16) Once you are selected for the Grand Finale, you CANNOT back out/quit. If you do so, you are liable to pay a penalty (fine) of Rs. 20,000/- towards expenses incurred in training and grooming programme.17) The contestant must decline all personal invitations during the pageant & stay focused on the pageant.18) For outstation candidates, 'Riddhi Siddhi' will take care for their travel, stay, food and beverages during the 4-day stay of the contest (If you have any medical conditions, you can carry your medical prescription).19) Incorrect information will directly result in disqualification, whether discovered prior or during or after the finals.20) Irresponsible behaviour by the applicant(s)/contestant(s) will NOT be tolerated at all. If someone is found to disturb the proceedings, then the concerned miscreant will be discarded from the contest then & there and will NOT be allowed to continue further.21) If the contestant attempts to influence/persuade/harass any of the judges/fellow contestants or the family members/relatives/friends of the contestant attempts to influence any of the judges, it will result in direct disqualification of the contestant.22) Judges' decision will be final in all cases.23) Only applicants of good mental health and moral character are advised to participate.24) Only the applicant/contestant (and no relatives/friends) will be allowed inside the designated venue of the preliminaries.25) Schedule for events and qualification rounds are subject to change at the discretion of the organisers.26) Organisers, sponsors, choreographers or anybody related to the contest will NOT be responsible for any loss of valuable item(s) of any applicant/contestant.27) If at all, applicants/contestants have to bring their cell phones along with them, then they must compulsorily keep them safely LOCKED in their purse or bags, at their own risk.28) The organizers/management team will not be responsible if the sponsors fail to deliver the said prizes promised by them.29) All prizes are subject to deduction of tax at source and all other taxes, as required by law. 30) Winner of 'Miss Maharashtra Queen 2018' will have to necessarily be present for the crowning of next 'Miss Maharashtra Queen 2019'.31) The organisers are not responsible for any delays or non-receipt of applications on any account and for any reason whatsoever. 32) The organisers are NOT responsible for any physical injury (if any), that occurs to the applicant/contestant on account of their participation in the pageant. The applicant/contestant will have no claim against the organisers in any record.33) In the event of any failure/delay/interruption in the performance of the contest's duties resulting from acts/circumstances not reasonably within our control, then we shall not be liable or have any responsibility of any kind for loss/damage thereby incurred/suffered by you.34) The applicant/contestant agrees to compensate the organizers of 'Miss Maharashtra Queen 2018' against all costs/proceedings arising from your BREACH of any of these regulations.35) The applicant/contestant agrees to release and hold harmless organizers of 'Miss Maharashtra Queen 2018' and all of their respective affiliated sponsors/employees/agents and/or participating promotional partners from all losses/penalties/actions and expenses of any kind whatsoever; and any property damage or death to/of any participant or third person caused by or arising out of or in connection with participation in the contest or with the use of any prize awarded in connection with the contest.36) In the event of any dispute (if any), Riddhi Siddhi's decision will be final and binding on the applicant.37) The court of Nagpur will have the jurisdiction over all disputes.38) The LAST DATE of Entry Form submission is 18th July 2018.39) The GRAND FINALE will be held at Naivedhyam Eastoria, Nagpur on 5th August 2018.40) For further information regarding the contest or any clarification, contact the main organiser, Mr Deepali Mishra (Mobile number – 9975434407, 9850324439) or log on to our official website - www.maharashtraqueen.com, email: [email protected]
